In the News! Netflix Further Snubs Their Customers!

13 Jul

Today on July 13th, 2011, Netflix’s Vice President of Corporate Communications Steve Swasey, issued a formal statement to MSNBC following a monumental social media outrage with the company. After yesterday’s announcement of subscription price increases, and over hundreds of thousands unhappy customers all voicing their displeasure via social networks and customer service lines, many reporters were unable to reach Netflix for comment. MSNBC’s Technolog acquired an exclusive statement on behalf of Netflix which addresses and minimizes customer concerns:

He said the timing of the price change was “appropriate” and that “$6 more is a remarkable value, a latte or two every month. Complaint: 002 – Do Not Call Registry

21 Jun

Have you placed your phone number on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY – and you still receive telemarketers calls? it has been so annoying! especially when they have the nerve to call either when you are having dinner or at 8:00AM.

If you are like me and signed up for the “do not call registry” but STILL receive calls… let us know, I am just curious to see how well this list works for others.

OR have you signed up for the list and the telemarketer calls stopped? let us know too!

What list? >> this one: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Complaint: 001 – Doctors; what are you here for today?

9 Jun

Why is it so difficult to get a doctors appointment when you actually need it? Like when you have a problem and want to see a specialist, the extremely rude receptionist goes “umm, dr.so_and_so’s next availability is 3 months later” … so lets put it this way… if you have a disease that’s going to kill you within 3 months, you can’t do anything about it because – well, you can’t be seen till then? hm… what makes it even better you say? when you finally make it to your aappointment, every chair next to you is empty… OH and here’s the icing on the cake: when you finally get checked – dr.so_and_so says “OH MY GOSH, WHY DIDN’T YOU COME IN SOONER FOR THAT?!?!”
